Gluten

Gluten is a protein found in wheat and related grain. It gives elasticity to the dough. Gluten is not bad. It is good for health. But it will have adverse effects on your body, only if you are allergic to gliadin which is present in gluten.

Gluten is a composite of gliadin and gluten. People with celiac disease have to avoid gluten. Hence only those people should go for gluten free products. Others can continue to eat gluten rich products without any fear.
