Ingredients
Paav ( rectangular shaped buns ) - 8
butter - 2 TBS
For Masala
Onion - finely chopped - 2 cups
Tomato blenched and grinded - 1 cup ( you can use tomato puree)
Boiled and mashed Potatoes - 1 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/2 TBS
Paav Bhaji Masala - 2 TBS ( This is available in all grocery stores in India) ( I used MTR pav bhaji masala)
Ginger paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic cloves mashed - 4-5
Turmeric powder
Ghee - 2 TBS
